We all experience stress from time to time. It is a natural part of life. Stress can be overwhelming and cause us to feel out of control, but it doesn’t have to be this way. A powerful approach to managing stress is learning how to trust in one’s inner wisdom and navigate difficult emotions or situations with ease and grace.
The practice begins with taking an honest account of our internal experiences and feelings, not judging them as either good or bad, but simply recognizing them without attachment or avoidance. This allows us the opportunity to take a step back from any mental chatter that we may hear internally, becoming the observer instead of getting caught up in the content itself.
By breaking down our thoughts into manageable parts such as sensations, beliefs, judgments, images, or memories we can create more space around these experiences; allowing us time between reaction-action rather than thinking; emotion looping. Once this space has been created within ourselves we are afforded more clarity on what action will serve us best in each situation; rather than reacting impulsively out of fear or confusion which often act as traps leading to further frustration later down the line.
Asking questions such as “What do I need right now?”, gives access to deeper levels within ourselves that allow our stronger sense-making abilities to come through; ultimately guiding us towards inspired action when it’s needed most – bringing peace amidst the chaos through presence awareness and conscious decision-making process over external stimulus-driven intellect led emotions based decisions (Ego). We become sensitively connected to understanding others’ needs too by embracing humility with compassion for everyone involved by selflessly responding taking collective well-being into consideration: going beyond the “Me” perspective and recognizing the unconstrained power of Knowing Beyond Knowing matters – moving beyond physical reality opening gateways of Spiritual Connectivity, where you ultimately becoming capable responding the difficult question “What should I do?” answering coming inner voice while creating balance between spiritual equilibrium / sincere desire success & personal growth resulting clam disposition gladly aligning own unconditioned nature, mastering exquisite art nurturing capacity respond appropriate manner inside/out embracing wholeness anytime anywhere!
