Breathing is the simplest way to create a sense of peace and balance in our lives. When we take a moment to pause, become still and observe our breath, we can open up an awareness of all that is around us. We can focus on each inhale, becoming present with any emotions or sensations that come along with it, allowing ourselves to just simply be in that moment without judgement.
The same works when you exhale; releasing all those negative energies which no longer serve you – whether it’s stress from work or difficulty understanding emotions – by focusing on your out-breath you can let them drift away into nothingness; creating clarity and peacefulness within yourself. This process cultivates self-awareness and presence as well as acceptance towards oneself and others.
It’s important not to get caught up in the thoughts and feelings but instead stay centred within ourselves so we don’t react impulsively but learn how respond mindfully instead. Acceptance also means being compassionate towards these experiences even if they are uncomfortable or challenging at times because through acceptance there lies potential growth opportunities for inner transformation while allowing space between stimulus (the event) and response (how will I deal with this?); In other words: responding rather than reacting when faced with situations outside of our control in life.
Taking a few moments out of our day gives us permission to honour where we are right now in this ever changing worldand allows us space for reflection so that whatever comes next –whether its joyfulness or pain–we can experience it fully knowing more often than not things will pass like clouds across the skyor waves upon the sea eventually calming themselves down gradually until eventually returning backto its original state of restful ease once again..
