As we traverse through life, it is natural to encounter moments of joy as well as times of difficulty. In order to be fully present and empowered in each moment, one must cultivate an awareness of their breath. Through focusing on the rise and fall of the breath, a person can move beyond the push-pull nature that takes us out into states outside our control.
The aim is not simply to become aware but rather to develop non-judgmental attention towards ourselves and situations that arise around us. This is difficult yet achievable with practice as we learn how to stay connected within while simultaneously remaining open externally. With this approach, we grow in wisdom by being reflective without becoming overly attached or dismissive when emotions surface – giving them space to exist and pass naturally like clouds in the sky.
By cultivating inner connection through breath awareness, our capacity for self-mastery grows exponentially despite what happens on the outside world. We are able connect more deeply with intuition which becomes another resource for reflecting on responses before reacting unconsciously from old patterns or beliefs held in our mindscape from past experiences.. By doing so ,we transmute pain into growth allowing us greater freedom over time .
Not only does this provide greater peace throughout every day but also allows insight during challenging times when exaggerated stories/emotions have taken hold inside . Ultimately this creates an inward power necessary for making choices consciously rather than surrendering unknowingly against our greatest intentions internally & externally Allowing clarity & peace even amidst turbulence We come back again & again To deepest Breath Awareness…to know: I am here – mindful & peaceful In each moment now…
