I am allowing my body and mind to relax and release any tension, allowing me to be fully present in the moment.

Today I am taking the time to give my body and mind some rest. It is so easy these days to become overworked, stressed out, and overwhelmed with all of our daily obligations that we sometimes forget how important it is to take a deep breath and relax.

I am focusing on each part of my body, starting from my head to toe, as I let go of any tension held in those places. I breathe deeply into any tightness that I feel which helps me connect even more with my body and its sensations. Allowing myself the time to be present in the moment gives me a great sense of calmness throughout my entire being

My thoughts wander off occasionally but I choose not to judge them or attach myself to them; instead, just allow them to pass like clouds drifting away in the sky. As this exercise progresses further, feelings start coming up such as sadness or joy – whatever arises naturally without judgment – because pain often leads to transformation when we look at it objectively and learn from it rather than letting ourselves drown in negative thought patterns about ourselves or others around us.

Gratitude comes easily for this opportunity to release stress peacefully by surrendering wholeheartedly into relaxation mode without worrying about anything else apart from what is happening right now
